- How do I choose the best pet photo?
When choosing a photo for the artist to work from please choose one or several that you think really sums up your pet's personality or have expressions you like. Any technical problems such as lighting or red-eye will be corrected during painting.

- What if I have more than 1 pet?
To have multiple pets in the same painting prices are as follows: For a second pet, please add 30% to the prices; third pet, please add a total of 50%. More than 3 pets, please contact the artist for an individual quote for your pet portrait.

- I have several pets, and lots of photos, but not one photo with them all together. What should I do?
No problem, the artist will compose the painting using the different photos of the pets.

- Do you do a sketch first?
Before committing to your pet painting you will be emailed a digital sketch giving you an idea of colour and layout of the pet portrait. Once approved the artist will start painting your portrait.

- I don't like the background in the photo of my pet. Can you change it?
Yes, most of the backgrounds in Justine Osborne's pet portraits have been changed. If there is a color you particularly like, let Justine know when discussing your pet portrait.

- Do I get to see a preview of my pet portrait before I pay?
Yes, you will be emailed a digital photo of the finished painting to make sure you are entirely happy with your pet portrait.

- What materials do you use?
Justine Osbornes' paintings are created with professional quality oil paint on stretched canvas.

- Do the paintings come framed?
No, this is a personal choice and is an additional cost. In special circumstances it can be arranged.

- Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, to secure a place in the painting schedule, a 25% deposit is payable before your commission is begun.

- How do I pay for my pet portrait?
Paypal or credit card. The balance is due once you have viewed and approved an emailed preview of your pet's painting. To order a pet portrait, contact Justine Osborne directly.

- How long will my pet portrait take?
Usually 3-4 weeks depending on Justine Osborne's schedule. If you need the portrait for a particular date please let Justine know - for example a Birthday, Wedding or Christmas present.
